UNISUL Aquatic Center
ImagesThe Aquatic Center belongs to UNISUL, one of the most important universities from Santa Catarina, Southern of Brazil. Since the project was concluded in 2007, the UNISUL Aquatic Complex has been home to national swimming, synchronized swimming and Olympic diving. It is a world-class aquatic centre that meets FINA standards and hosts to a multitude of top-level events.
Facilities available in the complex include four swimming pools, like a racing pool (50 m) and the only covered diving pool in the country. This venue became a very important training centre of the Brazilian new generation to the Olympic Games. Professional athletes consider it the best aquatic complex in Brazil because of its efficient design.
